• Eligibility Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain personal or intimate products may not be eligible for return (if applicable — you can modify this depending on your product line).

🔁 Exchange Process

• If you received a wrong or defective product, we’ll arrange a free exchange.

• For size-related or preference-based exchanges, courier charges may apply.

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned product and complete quality checks, we’ll initiate the refund.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• If the order was Cash on Delivery, we’ll ask for your UPI/bank details to process the refund.

🚚 Courier Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1500.

• Orders below ₹1500 will include a small courier fee, shown at checkout.

• Return pickup charges may apply unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
